In individual therapy, "Integrative" means I draw from a rich palette of psychological traditions to support your specific needs.
Rather than following a rigid script, I listen for the unique "melody" of your life, using proven frameworks to help you find clarity and relief.

1. Understanding Your Story (Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Existentialism)
We begin by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be truly heard. By looking at your past experiences and early "blueprints," we identify how old patterns might be influencing your current struggles. This helps us understand the why behind your feelings, especially within the "fishbowl" of leadership.
2. Finding Balance in the Present (CBT & Mindfulness)
When life feels overwhelming, we need practical tools. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to help you identify "out of tune" thought patterns and replace them with healthier perspectives. We also use mindfulness and grounding tools to help you manage the physical symptoms of stress and burnout.
3. Integrating Faith and Soul (Spiritually Integrated Therapy)
For those in ministry and missions, your faith isn't just a category—it’s your life's foundation. My approach honours this by providing a space where we can honestly discuss spiritual fatigue, "dark nights of the soul," or the tension between your calling and your current reality, all within a professional therapeutic framework.
This is the "therapeutic hour"—a dedicated, protected window of time just for you. In these 50 minutes, the focus is entirely on your well-being. It is a rare opportunity to set aside your responsibilities to others and attend to your own heart, ensuring you have the resilience to continue your journey.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, or the isolation of leadership, you don't have to carry it alone. My goal is to work alongside you—offering professional insight and compassionate presence—as we repair what is broken and move toward a life of greater freedom and harmony.
Taking the first step can often feel like the hardest part. To help make it easier, I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute introductory call. This is a quiet, informal space for us to meet, discuss what’s on your mind, and see if we are a good fit for your journey toward healing. There is no pressure to commit—just a chance to be heard.
Not ready for a session yet? That’s okay. If you are looking for a more personal way to check in with yourself today, I have created a specific tool for you.
